Am I fit enough to take the classes?

Yes! We can teach all levels from beginner to advanced. However group training and personal training are totally different and if more specific attention is required arrangements can be made for personal training sessions for specific needs.

What’s your favourite exercise?

Walking outside! Summer, winter, rain or shine I love the outdoors and have enjoyed walking my whole life whether it was walking home from grade school, high school and college to going for hikes with my family. There’s no bad weather just bad clothing lol

p.s. I also think push ups are fun and challenging

How can I pay?

Payment can be made by electronic money transfer (emt) to ctwithsara@gmail.com. Payment will auto deposit. Receipts for healthplans are available upon request.

Do you have drop-ins?

At this time, to be able to progress through skillful movements and build sustainable practice only registered classes are offered.

I’m not flexible or bendy, I can’t do yoga.

Pssst! Not true friend! Activated Asana and all types of yoga meet participants where they are at in their practice. Our time together practicing Activated Asana is time well spent
