Hi!

The fitness industry has changed a lot since I began my career in the early 2000s! Trends and fads come and go but the one thing that never changes is that movement is good for us and the choices for that movement is endless! Where it can get tricky is when you’re stuck – maybe literally – in a pattern that is no longer serving your highest good. I can help! Let me show you the (seemingly) hidden connections to movement inherent in our bodies to achieve the balance you need.

…I had the distinct pleasure of having Sara as the Brigade Chief CrossFIt Instructor. Sara developed a programme that was very beneficial to me and the troops of the Brigade. She was always prepared and ready to lead us in an intense workout. Her punctuality and professionalism were outstanding. …She was very knowledgeable and proficient. I have only the highest praise for Sara and believe that she would be a valuable asset to your organization. I have no hesitation in recommending this outstanding individual for any position she may be applying for.

I love your classes Sara. They are challenging, which is exactly what a workout should be, but also feel so good afterwards. I have done many other classes in the past but I can honestly say your have a unique element that I have not found in other programs. Your diverse background in exercise and what is good for the body adds an element that most instructors do not teach or explain the way you do. I highly recommend your classes! It’s a full body feel good experience and I love how you incorporate many different exercise styles for all levels!
